Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can independently manage projects for remote monitoring and technical consulting services both nationally and internationally, coordinate teams, and manage customer relationships. The role of the Project Manager, in NHAZCA, is highly stimulating and driven by the profound spirit of innovation, originality and customization of the solutions proposed, allowing the maximum expression of one’s resourcefulness, brilliance and dynamism, in a youthful and sparkling context.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in remote monitoring applied to geosciences and natural hazards and/or structural diagnostics in civil engineering projects;
  • Basic knowledge of management methods and controlling project budgets;
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, teamworking, and problem solving skills;
  • English language knowledge.

Responsibility

  • Manage customer relationships, acknowledging their needs and defining the service requirements to be performed;
  • Plan project activities, setting goals, deadlines, and taking necessary actions to mitigate risks;
  • Coordinate work teams, managing the assignment of tasks and priorities;
  • Manage and monitor project budgets;
  • Reporting the technical and economic progress of projects to the Management;
  • Prepare technical-economic offers and technical documentation for competitive bidding;
  • To present work results to clients or work partners.

Business Development Manager

The role of our Senior Business Developer Manager within the company would be that of a true strategist. His work will be based on identifying new target markets for our high-tech services. Through his or her keen ability to evaluate business models and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, he or she will have to constantly ensure that current, and potential new customers are fully satisfied.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience in the role obtained in commercial sector of companies operating in the segment of geomatics, ICT, geotechnical and structural monitoring services, Earth Observation;
  • English language knowledge;
  • Expertise in marketing and strategic analysis and strong negotiating attitude;
  • Experience in analyzing market trends, building targeted relationships, and using proven methods to develop our business strategy.

Responsibility

  • Identify potential customers, contact them, and create new business opportunities (both in different geographic areas and in different market segments);
  • Work with the group to develop proposals that meet the needs and goals of clients;
  • Participate in price and service generation by interfacing with our reference BTUs;
  • Submit periodic reports and analyses regarding the target market.

Sales Manager

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional specializing in the geotechnical and structural monitoring industries, tasked with bringing key partners into the market and leveraging a profound understanding of digital processes and established industry networks.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience (min. 5 years) in services industries, or geotechnical and structural monitoring industry, or environmental consulting, or other relevant similar work experience (e.g., consulting, technology development etc.);
  • Proven experience in commercial account management;
  • Master’s degree in Technology or any STEM disciplines;
  • Fluent English. A second language is also preferred.

Responsibility

  • Drive account-based revenue and overall business development by defining industry strategies across assigned accounts, with a particular focus on geotechnical and structural monitoring opportunities in Italy and abroad.
  • Re-imagine the future by facilitating envisioning / ideation sessions and developing multi-horizon roadmaps to deliver new capabilities also feeding our R&D team to develop new user needs-based solutions.
  • Secure market-making business partnerships by leveraging business relationships with CxOs and Senior Business Executives
  • Develop leadership assets and best practices that can be levered by others to increase the success of the business for NHAZCA.

Structural Engineer

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in civil engineering (structural or geotechnical specialization);

  • Support in structural monitoring solutions design;
  • Analysis and interpretation of geotechnical and structural monitoring data;
  • Support in infrastructures risk evaluation;

InSAR Specialist

An InSAR Specialist at NHAZCA S.r.l. is primarily responsible for processing and analyzing data obtained through Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (InSAR) to monitor ground and structural deformations in the frame of relevant projects with major clients of NHAZCA. The role involves using both terrestrial (TInSAR) and satellite-based (DInSAR & A-DInSAR) SAR Interferometry technologies, enabling the precise measurement of surface displacements with millimeter accuracy.

Responsibility

  • Data Processing and Analysis: Handling large datasets from radar sensors, processing the data to detect and analyze surface and structural changes, and interpreting the results for various applications such as land use planning, urban development, slope stability assessments, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Post-Processing: Handling advanced GIS tools and algorithms developed by NHAZCA for differnt kinds of applications. The role includes suggestions for improvement and optimization of the tools thanks to the constant contact with our internal R&D Unit.
  • Project Management: Overseeing and coordinating specific monitoring projects, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of services. This includes the preparation of technical reports and presentations for clients.
  • Research and Development: Contributing to the development of new methodologies and technologies in remote sensing and monitoring, aiming to improve the precision and efficiency of InSAR applications.
  • Client Interaction and Support: Working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and deliver customized solutions for monitoring and risk mitigation.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Participating in and conducting training activities to educate clients and colleagues about the latest advancements NHAZCA’s technologies and their applications.

Requirements

  • A strong academic background in geosciences, engineering, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in remote sensing and InSAR data processing;
  • Proficiency in advanced computer skills, particularly in GIS and data analysis software;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
